huh. I just managed a short little scene for a fic that's been stalled for a couple weeks, through the cunning expedient of writing only in lowercase letters, to fool my brain into believing I was just making notes and rough sketches and not actually Writing, so it didn't have to tense up and panic. This will probably never be effective again.
