I have an extremely futile crush on a girl in my English class who is basically a much more successful version of me. Except cute. This has the primary effect of making me hate myself anew every Tuesday and Thursday morning when I don't sit next to her or talk to her.
edit: english professor, please stop interpreting everything i say as though i am stupid and have never read a book before. also fuck off with your "well i was trained back when scholars were OBJECTIVE, before all that feminist and post-colonial and queer theory that is infesting this department now :(" also quit asking really vague questions when you have an extremely specific response that you want and dismiss everyone who doesn't answer in the exact right words.
