Best basic text editor for iPad: opinions? I don't need full-on word processing, just plain text files are fine. Required features: organizing files in folders, ability to use the app while offline, ability to sync everything with my main computer (without my files disappearing, please). And it has to be five dollars or less because come on, it's a text editor. Any recs? :D?

i will look into ia writer though! plaintext, i checked it out and i got suspicious of how many items in their FAQ were answered with "no, we don't have [various basic functionalities], it caused a bug and we don't know how to fix it so we took it away." uh, guys, that's...that's not an acceptable answer? has no one told you this yet? also it was very unclear whether you can use it while offline.
sigh, i'm so irate. possibly switching from netbook to ipad is a bad idea, given that i'm so violently opposed to and mistrustful of The Cloud. but i really don't think it's so ridiculous and luddite-ish to want my portable computer to maintain any functionality whatsoever when I'm anywhere besides my home, certain parts of campus, or a coffee shop.
