Food question: while I was away, my mom made vegetable lasagna and put some slices in the freezer. Should I be thawing these in the fridge and then microwaving them like regular leftovers, or putting them into the oven while still frozen?

It doesn't matter, as long as it's hot all the way through before you eat it.
