I am grappling with a terrible dilemma! I accidentally went to the greenmarket on Friday and bought a bottle of extremely delicious cider, and really I should have had it that night or last night, but now I find myself with a complete lack of evenings scheduled where drinking an entire bottle of hard cider would be appropriate and/or desirable. I don't have time tonight, I can't get drunk tomorrow, I'll be away for the next six days...I guess I could drink it before Newsies next Monday evening? That seems kind of desperate and weird, though. Ugh, you guys, it was SO DELICIOUS. I just want to drink nothing else all the time, but it's carbonated so I can't open it unless I am prepared to deal with it. Probably I'll have to leave it for next time. Cider keeps, right? Like wine? Or I could take it home, but I don't know if a glass bottle with contents under pressure is the greatest airplane traveling companion.
