I bought an actual proper ticket to Newsies next Monday, after tormenting myself over it for 18 hours, because dammit, life is for living, and I really love musicals. I didn't even know they had performances on Mondays, which seems really weird but perhaps also some kind of sign, since that's my only free evening after tonight. And tonight is no longer free because I'm going to this, which is in fact free. All props to the NYC ARTS app--it's no good for advance planning but great if you find yourself needing something to do tonight or tomorrow night.
