So if two external blu-ray drives in a row completely fail to work on my computer, is it me? They both appear to install and then just make horrible noises and the computer doesn't register that there's a disc in there. Like, do I even bother buying another after sending this one back, or what? Also if there is possibly anything I can do to make it FUCKING WORK that would be nice.
