my hobbies are all pain

THE WORST is knowing the beginning of a story, and about the third, fourth, and seventh scenes, and then the climax. And nothing else will come. Writing non-linearly never works out for me, also writing stories with more than one scene: historically not well-omened.

Probably I should just work on one of the other eight files I have open, but dammit, I want to make this work. I can visualize it working. It doesn't help that said first scene was already mostly written when I realized I have to rewrite it from the other character's POV.

Also, there's an annoying choir thing today--our season is over, thank GOD, but the men's chorus is reprising one of their shows in which the women sing one (1) song, and we're supposed to be at rehearsal at three and then the show is at 7:30. And the church they're doing it at is thirty minutes from my house, which could be much worse, this city being what it is, but uggghhhh.
