At least one of my two co-temps doesn't understand the alphabet. Unfortunately there is no acceptable way to say "well, I alphabetized my parts and these women right here are illiterate."

Depending on the boss, this can *sometimes* get addressed by deliberately dumb questions like "Are we supposed to be alphabetizing these? I've been doing it, but I noticed that some of them are in some other kind of order, so I wanted to make sure I was doing it right."
