Soon I will be in New York! It is the tiniest trip--my flight back is Sunday at 7 pm--and mostly taken up with family, of course, plus my visit to the Met without which I will refuse to leave the city. This still leaves time for one, possibly two things in Manhattan that take <4 hours, on Friday and/or Saturday morning. Nothing too expensive, and outside is a bonus since Friday's supposed to be nice. Any suggestions? :D? :D?

The Union Square Holiday Market? Crowded but worth it, plus being handy to the four story barnes and nobles on the north side of the square. This has led to me spending a LOT of money over the years. The park is always worth it also, especially if you are already at the Met.
