some_stars | (no subject)

Unexpected day off due to surplus of personnel, apparently. This would be threatening, except that the manager specifically said I was still scheduled for the rest of the week and this weekend and told me not to "feel like [my] job is threatened." It's still not great, because I would prefer not to be the disposable one to be pushed off the schedule when there are too many other people, but on the other hand when I woke up this morning it took me five minutes to get out of bed--after I started trying to move--because my entire body was so stiff and sore. Including, for some reason, my fingers. And every other muscle and joint, including ones that felt fine yesterday, so really it is a relief to have a day without bending or crouching ahead of me.

Tasks for this day: mailing shit! Grocery shopping! Messing around with online banking and also ordering checks! Catching up on fanfic! And I think that is enough. (Yes, I have to put fanfic on my to-do list now. Also vids. My anxiety-induced ADHD-like symptoms are better than they were a week ago, but they were pretty bad even before this last depressive episode, and reading remains hard.)
