Jun. 22nd, 2012 09:35 pmThrough a strange and circuitous path (not really, I'm just so unused to consuming media through official channels more or less on time), I just watched the trailers for Political Animals. And, okay, first of all, Sigourney Weaver please be my lady. Second of all, this sounds like nothing I'd be at all interested in (edit: unless there turns out to be femslash potential omggggg PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE). Third of all, I will have to watch it anyway because of Sebastian Stan and his stupid face and his weirdly repetitive career choices. My reaction to learning about his part in this show, verbatim:
--huh. Apparently Sebastian Stan will be playing the gay son of powerful political leaders constantly under media scrutiny. But like...again.
So that should be interesting, if possibly agonizing. But possibly glorious! Plus, it will yield good fodder for vids, at least I hope so. It's about ~Politics~ so there is the potential for lethal levels of talkyface.
Oh Sebastian Stan, you are so special to me. I had the idea a day or two ago of watching his entire filmography (minus the early indie stuff that is surely unavailable), but then I realized I would have to watch Black Swan and the hell with that. I would even watch Gossip Girl before Black Swan.
