when Wikipedia has a "list of specific natural cats," including the subcategory "cats famous in their own right." I actually first found the category page "Individual cats," and I have clicked on almost every name in it. (There are some cats on the second list, like Dewey Readmore Books, whose entries on the first list don't link to their pages.)

My current favorite is either Dewey, for his name, or Hodge, who is not the only famous cat to get his own statue but probably the only one whose statue includes an oyster.

How does one cook whole sausages? They're pretty slender, but I'm only used to cooking loose sausage as ground meat. But I saw some lovely merguez sausages when I was getting some chorizo, and had an intense flashback to the merguez sandwiches at a nearby French restaurant, and now I'm making those tomorrow. Do you just...put the links in a pan? I'd grill them but we don't have a grill. Broil? I am clueless.

Okay, it's only been a few days and I am already SO OVER this permanent headache bullshit. It is really fucking hard to get anything done this way, especially when almost everything I need or want to do involves staring at the computer screen and/or reading. Tomorrow I'm going to try taking a computer hiatus until I'm actually ready to do something specific--easy enough since I'll be busy until mid-afternoon anyway, but not a viable long-term solution. It probably won't help anyway.

For now, I'm eating Little Debbie oatmeal creme pies, washing them down with beer, and about to go watch more anime. Behold my choices.
