i should get an aooo account but i...don't actually like anything i've written. /o\ i've been contemplating taking my website down for ages actually.
i have to take the netbook into the shop today and i will feel utterly stupid, since they already have my other computer there, plus i couldn't find any XP restore cds which--on the one hand, i must have gotten them, right? even though the netbook doesn't have a cd drive? but otoh, even I would not be such a disorganized mess as to not put them in my Safety Box of important things. so i fear the computer people will laugh at me for not having them, and then i'll have to BUY a copy of windows, which will be 1.) expensive and 2.) the absolute end of my street cred. so i'm putting off bringing it in by faffing about online. VERY PRODUCTIVE. i also have loads of longterm projects--a paper, much reading, poem memorization, poem WRITING, etc--which i am not doing. instead, i am mostly knitting.
