okay y'all, i am doing a big thing (and i reserve the right to go back on it) but: i am going to get an IM client and KEEP IT OPEN, at least a couple hours a day. i haven't done this in YEARS. so if you are amenable, leave your IM screenname in the (screened) comments? (i'm getting a client that can connect to everything, so that's not an issue.) --oh, and what protocol/service you're using, of course.
