well THAT was a bad mental health day. been a while since i cried in front of my mom. note to self: do not, at any costs, allow yourself to be hungry for more than 10 minutes. CRISIS ENSUES. (also note to self: replace those wiper blade covers, so driving home in a sudden rainstorm is not quite so harrowing and death-defying.) (there really isn't anything i could have done about getting soaked through and having to trudge barefoot through puddles, though.)
