Every so often, one must spend an entire Sunday reading radical feminist blogs. Well, it hasn't been a whole day yet, but I suspect it will be. I quit reading feminist blogs regularly years ago because it took too much out of me, but the downside of not facing that stuff head-on and explicitly on a regular basis is that I get to feel so isolated and inarticulate, because the structures are so big and so invisible to everyone else that I just give up on talking about it. So it's nice to remind myself that yes, it's real, people talk about it, other women see it and feel the way I do and act about it.
