Okay, you may well be able to bring your child to a bar, but I'm going to be on the side of the people complaining about it. Some places should be childfree--and I say this as someone who hates the "childfree" movement and all it stands for, and a firm supporter of breastfeeding everywhere that babies are allowed to be.
